Purpose

This article describes how to determine if rebuilding indexes could be necessary on OCNCC (Oracle Communication Network Charging Control) or OCCCC (Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller) products.

It also informs the OCNCC/OCCCC system administrator about the implications of such an operation.
