Memory Based Planner

Users are running Single Org and Multi-Org MRP/SCP plans (Not ASCP). However, MRCNEW module: Memory-based Planner errors with the following:

Statement with the error:
select MRP_EXCEPTION_DETAILS_S.nextval from MRP_CACHE_SEQ where rown
3637659/mrp/src/mrlnw4.pc

APP-MRP-22064: An internal error has occurred (mraexd_add_exception_details, 2)

Cause: The current routine encountered the specified internal error.

Action: Contact your customer support representative.

All plans are now failing with the same error

2. Plan fails in MRCNEW with error
