Hidden Repeat Is Not Displayed In The Patient Data Report (PDR) (Doc ID 1330019.1)

Goal

The PDR report is NOT displaying the hidden repeat in the PDR's ancillary section even though the EXCLUDE OVERFLOW FOR HIDDEN PROTECTED REPEATING DEFAULT is set to "N" at the DCI Form Local Study Setting.

What are the steps in setting this up so that the hidden repeat is displayed?
