Problems Regarding Order Details In OCA Application With Status 'Failed' (Doc ID 1330235.1)

Symptoms

I installed the ASAP application 7.0.1.

However, I have a Problem in the OCAapplication with CSDL/ASDL details on some orders with status 'Failed'. For some orders I can see the details, for some others I can not see the details.
