How does Mobile Workforce Management handle appointments once they have been sent from CCB to the Mobile Workforce Management application?

1. How is an appointment requested time window stored and preserved for the Field Activity for it to use when it is eventually interfaced to MWM from CC&B?
2. How does MWM avoid overbooking of appointments in the way CC&B does?
3. How is a request for appointment change communicated from CC&B to MWM and what is the impact of the previous appointment reservation?
