partition_utils Not Purging Events (Doc ID 1330387.1)

Symptoms

The partition_utils tool was executed in purge mode for realtime partitions, but no events were purged.

Steps to Reproduce :

1)  partition_utils was executed as follow:

partition_utils.pl -o purge -e 03102006 -t realtime


2)  It was also executed in test mode:

partition_utils.pl -o purge -e 03102006 -t realtime -p


3)  partition_utils.log (with or without "-p" optin) has the same contents. It shows :
