Top-Up Amount Incorrect In Case There Is System Level Discount (Doc ID 1330388.1)

Symptoms


In case when there is a system level discount, top-up (of 5Eur for example) is only applied partially, with amount corresponds to amount of account balance if that amount is less then voucher amount.

For example:
1)
- Account has balance 1.5Eur
- Purchase top-up 5Eur
- Balance is now 3Eur
2)
- Account has balance 3Eur
- Purchase top-up 5Eur
- Balance is now 6Eur
3)
- Account has balance 6Eur
- Purchase top-up 5Eur
- Balance is now 11Eur

In case there is no discount then the same top-up is correctly applied
1)
- Account has balance 1.5
- Purchase top-up 5Eur
- Balance is now 6.5Eur
