The ccsVoucher command line tool allow user to run several binary scripts like (ccsVoucher, ccsVoucher_CCS1, ccsVoucherCCS_3) to create, state, activate, cancel, and cleanup a defined range of vouchers in command line on the SMS (Service Management System).

It may happen that when executing one of these commands the following error is encountered (/var/adm/messages):

Jun 16 11:08:27.235003 ccsVoucher(17156) ERROR: Could not open the lock file, reason: 'Permission denied'.
