None of the files are copied from the FTP, ALM or PFT Service Packs to the $FIC_HOME.

Also, there may be additional errors in the $FIC_HOME/AplicationServicePack.log file.

Note: The web server tier only contains the web server and does not have an Oracle Client installed as it is not a requirement in the Technology Stack matrix.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go the directory where the Service Pack is unzipped on the web server
  2. Run chmod 755 * against all files
  3. Remove control characters from text files
  4. Execute the install: ./

The install fails immediately.
