Network processor reports No Cartridge Matching Driver Type "Cisco", even though correct device type is present (Doc ID 1330853.1)

Symptoms

The customer had an issue with adding a new device into their IPSA system. Even though the new device type was added the error message Error: No cartridge matching driver type "Cisco" device type "Cisco 1941" device description "Cisco IOS Software, C1900 Soft.." was seen when trying to fetch capabilities and manage the device

Changes

New device recently added into the system following <Note.453232.1> and <Note.452357.1>
