Goal

Users are receiving the following error message in production environment when opening the Planning Manager form - MRPFUSSM.fmb.

ORA-01403: no data found

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.


Similar error was also encountered in 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 when users tried to start the planning manager. The form showed the following errors

ORA-03123: operation would block

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
