After Overlay Patch, Data Calls Are Getting Disconnected

Goal
After installing the 7.3.1 Overlay patch, the following issue was observed:
Every 3 to 5 minutes or 1MB usage of data, the connection is disconnected and re-connected.
It was observed however that we are not receiving multiple CC-Update request from SCP (network side).
After rolling back overlay patch, data rating is happening fine as expected.
Another observation was that:
With Overlay Patch - Only 1 CC-Update request is seen for a data call.
Without Overlay Patch - Multiple CC-Update requests are seen for a data call.
