Deletion Of Deferred Action For Parent Is Not Correct (Doc ID 1332138.1)

Last updated on MARCH 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Parent has two children and both children have active products/discounts with end date set to Never.

For parent, deferred deactivation is set. Products/discounts for children will have end date set to date of deferred deactivation for parent.

Before it is executed, the deferred action is deleted. After this some of child products still have end date set and on particular date will be canceled.

Steps To Reproduce:

1). Create a parent account on 1st, APRIL.
2). Create a subordinate child account, on the same day.
3). Schedule the parent account closure on 15th, MAY.
4). Observe the purchased end_t details change in both the parent and the child account
5). Delete the deferred action on 13th, May .

Actual Result:
Some of child product's END_T was set to deferred action date.

Expected Result:
Both the parent and the subordinate product's END_T are set back to
original values (i.e the values set before creation of defer action)
