Details

This document describes supported platform combinations of various releases of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing.

Due to the ongoing nature of software improvement, vendors will issue patches and service packs for the operating systems, application servers and database servers on top of specific versions that Oracle Revenue Management and Billing releases have been tested with. Generally, such patches and service packs (but not new releases) will be supported.

Exceptions from this rule are Hibernate and C3PO software. For these technology components, the exact versions listed in the installation documentation must be installed. Please always check with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing support prior to installing Hibernate and C3PO updates.

If it is necessary to apply a patch or service pack, please do that in a test environment prior to updating the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing production environment.

Always contact Oracle Revenue Management and Billing support prior to applying vendor updates that do not guarantee backward compatibility.
