Payment Tool is not Opening If Both 7.0 and 7.4 version of GUI is installed (Doc ID 1333496.1)

When the Payment Tool 7.0 is installed it copies files in location C:/program files/common files/Portal Softwares, when Payment Tool 7.4 is installed the files get replaced in the location mentioned above. And since
the version of framework used in both the versions are different the 7.0 Payment Tool will not work after installing Payment Tool 7.4.
