Symptoms
When running a Data Collections, the MSCPDCW - Planning ODS Load Worker finished with Warning and the log shows the following error:

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner.
2. Run Data Collections
3. Planning ODS load finished with Warning status and we see Error message in the log file for PROCEDURE=LOAD_SUPPLY, TABLE=MSC_SUPPLIES and ORDER_TYPE, VALUE=Purchase requisition
