Symptoms
When attempting to run Planning Data Collections, Planning ODS Load errors and, the following error occurs.

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner.
2. Run Data Collections
3. Planning ODS load finished with Warning status and we see Error message in the log file for PROCEDURE=LOAD_SUPPLY, TABLE=MSC_SUPPLIES and ORDER_TYPE, VALUE=Purchase requisition
