Symptoms

When the pin_cmt xml input file contains a <PurPrd> (purchased product) or <PurDis> (purchased discount> section with no <PlObj> tag because it is for a deal not associated to a plan, pin_cmt still populates the following two fields in purchased_product_t/purchased_discount_t tables:
PLAN_OBJ_DB = 1
