Some expedited reports are not generating within an expected timeframe once the case is locked and the reports are scheduled.
The AG service log file contains the following status for the Batch Report Generation task:
05-May-2010, 09:58:27 >> Batch Report Generation > Generated 0 and Failed 0 and Skipped 5
