Some Temp Files Are Not Deleted After Compress Queue File Process, Leading to Transactions Missing from the Store Database (Doc ID 1335155.1)

Some of the temp files are not deleted after the compress queue file process.  The temp file gets created during the end of the compression process, and if it is not deleted, then the next transaction will never get into the file queue.  This will lead to missing transactions.  The null reference may manifest itself as a 'java.lang.NullPointerException' error.
