Expenditure Balance Inconsistent With Call Cost if DSR (Display to Spend Ratio) is Configured
(Doc ID 1335328.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 05, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 3.1.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When a balance type with DSR (Display to Spend Ratio) parameter configured is contributing to expenditure, the amount credited to the expenditure balance type is not equal to the actual call cost. It equals to the call cost multiplied by DSR (cost * DSR).
For example, the call below costs 1575 and DSR = 2, while expenditure was credited by 3150 (1575*2).
