Symptoms

After a crew is dispatched (via Web Workspace, OMA or a mobile adapter), the new entry in the CREW_DISPATCHES table has a NULL crew_id value.

or

After a crew is assigned (via Web Workspace, OMA or a mobile adapter), the new entry in the CREW_ASSIGNMENTS table has a NULL crew_id value.
