What Steps in the AS10gR3 Patchset 5 Readme are Required for OO 4.6.2? (Doc ID 1335874.1)

Goal

The OC 4.6.2 Install Guide simply says to follow the instructions in the README included with Patchset 5 of the Oracle Application Server 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.5.0).  However, Patchset 5 is generic and covers a number of different installation options and it is unclear which are relevant for an OC 4.6.2 install.
