Goal

Receive the following error when selecting the 'Get Next Work Item' menu item from the Workflow menu in the Initial Log-In and First Pass Entry form:

247300: An unexpected error occurred: The function <get_next_crf_next_work_item> has not been customized for use. Please contact Workflow Administrator
