Customer Center Unable To Retrieve Bill Item's Details

1) Create an account and rate usages on it
2) Bill the account
3) In Customer Center, display the charges of its bill, then click on the usage item to see the associated charge (event) details
Actual result : After taking few seconds of time, only a cycle tax event is displayed instead of the all the usage events.
Expected result : Usage event details displayed, 1 per rated usage
Impact : Due to this issue, users ( CSRs ) cannot see usage in customer center which is used to display and analyze the usages.
Note : The issue was observed only for some accounts and not all accounts.
