How To Precreate 2 Items Per Service During Migration (Doc ID 1336026.1)

Goal

In the CMT application, it is possible to precreate items when migrating services from the legacy system by using the "precreate" attribute in the ActSrv element. There is however a requirement to create 2 items per service for one of the service type used.
