Not Able To Login To Demantra Business Modeler - "Can't connect to database DBMS is not supported in your installation." (Doc ID 1336304.1)

Symptoms



On : 7.3.1 version, BusModeler

When attempting to open Business Modeler on server machine where demantra was installed
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Can't connect to database DBMS is not supported in your installation."

Tnsping is executed successfully and we can connect using SQL Plus to demantra schema from the server.

When double click on encryption.exe, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"The Database Type is not supported."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. double click on modeler.exe on server machine
