Goal

There are certain scenarios wherein a guest user does not have an orderId value to include in the <IDENT> data element on the <STOP> data segment.

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:web="http://rts.splwg.com/webservices/" xmlns:pac="http://rts.splwg.com/webservices/packets" xmlns:fiel="http://rts.splwg.com/webservices/fields">
<soapenv:Header/>
<soapenv:Body>
<web:CHS_SLOT>
<web:CHS_SLOT_DATA>
<pac:STOP>
<fiel:IDENT>JOBSLOT1</fiel:IDENT> <-----Corresponds to the orderId
</pac:STOP>
</web:CHS_SLOT_DATA>
</web:CHS_SLOT>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

For such scenarios, can a dummy number (a constant?) value be used for the <IDENT> data element on the <STOP> data segment?
Thus this call has a dependency on the web service <JOB_ASSIGN_COND>.
