Goal
There are certain scenarios wherein a guest user does not have an orderId value to include in the <IDENT> data element on the <STOP> data segment.For such scenarios, can a dummy number (a constant?) value be used for the <IDENT> data element on the <STOP> data segment?
Thus this call has a dependency on the web service <JOB_ASSIGN_COND>.
