ORA-12154: TNS:Could Not Resolve the Connect Identifier Error Running T2T Load

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, you are running a Table to Table (T2T) load for a database extract.  The load batch fails and the following error is in the t2t log file in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/t2t:

2011-05-25 | 14:23:11 | t2tserver | SEVERE | | | ClsUDBConnect::getConnectedDB, Error, could not connect to the database. ERROR Message : ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

2011-05-25 | 14:23:11 | t2tserver | SEVERE | | | ClsUTableToTableLoad::directLoad, unable to connect to source database
2011-05-25 | 14:23:11 | t2tserver | SEVERE | | | ClsUTableToTableLoad::ExtractLoad, Error, unable to perform direct table to table load

Additionally, the following errors are displayed for the failed task in Batch Monitor:

[10885] Error connecting source Database
[10865] Loading Failed.

The error prevents you from loading data into the target table.
