Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) is an XML based language that provides a model for describing web services. Open Service Development (OSD) provides a mechanism to dynamically bind incoming/outgoing XML (via the OSD interface) to/ from profile fields in a running Control Plan.

For more details about OSD and WSDL, please refer to OSD User & Technical Guide and WSDL Operations Guide.

When creating an Open Service Development (OSD) Operation Set, going into the screen for the first time shows the Service Provider as selected, right down to the check mark being shown. However, the Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) location and URL will have 'null' in the place where the Service Provider's name should be.
