Diameter Control Agent(DCA) Rejects Requests after Final Unit Indication(FUI) has been Sent in Credit Control Answer(CCA) (Doc ID 1336958.1)

Under a certain software level version, the Diameter Control Agent (DCA) may send back error codes "DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY (5012) when it gets a Credit Control Request from the GGSN (Gateway GPRS support Node).
This error happens when a Final Unit Indication (FUI) has been sent  previously Credit Control Answer (CCA) message.

GPRS is General packet radio services, a technology for radio transmission of small packets of data used between cellular phones and the Internet.

The Diameter Control Agent (DCA) is an interface used by Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) to allow processing of diameter based billing requests using existing charging infrastructure of OCNCC. The diameter base protocol is defined by RFC 3588, and extended to include real-time credit-control messages by RFC 4006.

This problem occurs in DCA version  under and DCA is integrated with Huaweii GGSN.
