Symptoms

When attempting to view a file on remote site receiving error:

Error in [Socket IO]: General error on receiving a file (The operation completed successfully.)
Error in [Socket IO]: Can't receive control bytes (An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Check in a file on Site A
2. Checkout the file on Site B  -- file does not exist on Site B - therefore DFM file transfer is necessary
3. Choose "Online" replication
-> file is checked out on fileserver A with error
-> file is replicated to site B
-> file is checked in on fileserver B (corrupt)
