Purpose
AutoVue Client/Server Deployment is based on a client-server architecture; users connect to the AutoVue server over a network. In a client-server model, there is a potential for connection issues, where one or more users are unable to properly connect to the AutoVue server. As an Administrator, it is important to be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve this type of issue, as well as ensure that the deployment is properly configured to avoid such issues.
