IETF RFC5952
"A Recommendation for IPv6 Address Text Representation" has been released and it specifies that the standard is to use lower case letters in IPv6 addresses, not capitals. Policy Services does not comply with this standard at the moment. ( http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5952 )
