Cycle Fold Is Not Working With System Product (Doc ID 1338367.1)

There is a system product configured with cycle fold event to zero out a non-currency resource for all accounts during billing. During billing, somehow system is not applying the cycle fold. To make sure whether product configuration is correct or not, made the product type as 'subscription' and purchased for a customer and ran billing. In that case, the cycle fold applied as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a system product with cycle fold event to zero-out a non-currency resource
2. Make sure an account has this non-currency resource not 0.
3. Run billing
4. System will not apply the cycle fold
