ASR API exports fail with error "The order for PON XYZ is Due Date completed and cannot be exported" (Doc ID 1338769.1)

Symptoms

Execute ASR exportCN for due date completed order (DD task complete) and receive the following error:

Field: [LMetaSolv.CORBA.WDI.WDIError; = Array (values following)
[0] Field: code = 25007
[0] Field: reason = The order for PON XYZ is Due Date completed and cannot be exported
