Symptoms

PROBLEM
-------------
By going to FB OM SuperUser -->Scheduling --> ATP Inquiry selecting 1001-590 and clicking on ATP Details. In the pegging area I can highlight the green flag in the pegging area and then right click and hit Supply/Demand. Here I see a problem order. There are 4 items with a hard reservation for sales order number 266602.Special Dealer US.ORDER ENTRY(4.1) delivery name 22623189. The line was supposedly picked and shipped on 2/1/10.

Also, when I looked at 2001-690, I noticed that there was a Hard Reservation for 1 item for sales order 266665.Special Dealer US.ORDER ENTRY(32.1) the delivery name is 22623496 and it too was shipped on 2/1/10.

If you go to Inventory SuperUser --> On-hand, Availability --> Item Supply/Demand, you do not see these order lines pegging against the demand.

For reference on 1/31/10 we migrated to R12.1.2 from 11.5.10.2

This appears to be happening for a very limited number of sales orders that are closed.

STEPS
--------
Run data collections and see that closed sales orders are appearing in the collections workbench and also in ATP results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
only open sales orders appear in Collections workbench and ATP results.
