Site User Can Not Login RDC Onsite and DMGR And CRA Users Cannot See A Study Site. (Doc ID 1338831.1)

While trying to connect to RDC, if the user's only study sites have no patients assigned, a misleading error message is issued:

Error in your account setup. Please contact your help desk.


1) Have 1 Study with more than 1 site.
2) One of the sites does not have any patient assigned.
3) User has been granted to access only 1 site, and this site is the one without a patient.
4) User has privilege to the Study through OC (OC > Admin > Users and Roles > Oracle Accounts > Studies)

In fact, there may be no problem with the user's account.
