Symptoms

When attempting to create a Service Request in WAM from a CC&B Field Activity, the XT_WEB_SERVICES_OUTBOUND_LOG shows the following error:

Exception message: Call to consumer class synergen.webservice.EAMTransactionNack failed.
Last status: COMPLETE.
