Allocation of IP address can be slow

Allocation of IP addresses taking a longer time than expected. The API "AutomaticAllocation.allocateResources" is used for allocating the static host. This is the only API that is called for the allocation. In the initial investigation though "access" logs, the customer had identified 2 queries that were taking a longer time as part of "AutomaticAllocation.allocateResources" API. Below is the snapshot of the access logs:
