Forgot P6 password
Cannot login to P6
Can't log into P6
This document will instruct users on how to reset a P6 application user's password in P6 Release 8.x and later if the password is forgotten.
- This instruction can be used when receiving an "Invalid Login Name or Password. Please try again or choose Cancel to exit the Application." error if the P6 application user's password is forgotten.
- This instruction can only be performed when using Native Database Authentication.
- This document is most useful when necessary to reset an admin superuser account, if no other admin superusers can login to the application. If it is possible to login with an admin superuser account, reset the user's password from the User Access/User Administration page.
