Relative Path is not working on data element behaviors in OSM 7.0 (Doc ID 1339857.1)

Goal

In OSM 6.3.1, users are used to give relative path(path relative to WebLogic server domain) for all the behaviors. But the same rule is not working in OSM 7.0.


Error Details:


javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: Could not find file with URI "someProject/config/services/someProjectServiceList.xml" because it is a relative path, and no base URI was provided.


The rule is working fine when users are giving the absolute path on the rule description.
