Voucher Topup Is Successful Using Same Voucher Pin Simultaneously (Doc ID 1339949.1)

Symptoms

Top-up using the same voucher pin is successful when done on same or different numbers, i.e. using two CSR's systems at the same time using the same pin.

Expected result :
Voucher top-up should happen on only one account and one time.
The one that comes a fraction of second late should fail.

Actual result :
Both the top-ups are successful.
