ALM Generates Inconsistent Interest Cash Flow from the Same Behavior Pattern

Symptoms

When attempting to run Asset Liability Management (ALM) Static Deterministic process for two records using the same behavior pattern with different current balances, the process generates an extra FE430-Interest Cash Flow in the next bucket after Ending Balances has run-off.

Record with CUR_PAR_BAL = 2097943515.84 has extra FE 430.

Expected Behavior
No extra FE 430-Interest Cash Flow after Ending Balance is zero.

Steps:
1. Run ALM Static Deterministic on FSI_D_LOAN_CONTRACTS
2. Review results and found small amount 0.96 in the last bucket where balance has run-off.
