In Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management, can you create an Allocation that uses the Ledger Stat table in the source and driver screens and outputs to an instrument table?

When trying to setup this type of Allocation, you receive the following error:

Error: 1093 "Select Non Ledger table in Source or Driver"

However, the Profitability Management User Guide states that this type of Allocation is possible.  In Chapter 12, under "From Management Ledger to Instrument", it has the following:

As seen from some of the examples above, Dynamic Driver allocation rules can also
update balance or rate columns at the instrument-level. Although it is possible to use
Management Ledger data as both Source and Driver while posting to an Instrument
table, the following example uses the Management Ledger as a Source while using an
Instrument column as Driver in order to post to the instrument level.
