Symptoms
On Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 5.2.2, when attempting to use an inherited transfer pricing method definition in a Transfer Pricing rule, it does not appear to work properly if the node used is more than one level above the leaf.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
No transfer rates are generated if the node level used is more than one level above the leaf level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Inherited TP method to be used for the leaf level definition.
In addition, the error message is thrown for the leaf in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS: No transfer pricing method defined for Line Item 2011.000000 PRODUCT. Currency AUD CURRENCY.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created TP rule with inhereitance through 2 levels
2. Parent ->subnode->leaf
3. Attached rule to tp process
4. Ran process - no tp rates assigned
5. Created second rule with tp method assigned only one level above leaf
6. Attached to tp process
7. Ran the process - and tp rates are assigned.
