Goal

When trying to install the Argus Interchange Mapping Utility (version 6.0.2), an error message is displayed stating that Visual Basic PowerPack 3.0 is required to be installed on the server.

This is not referenced in the Argus 6.0 Install Guide or 6.0.2 Release Notes.
