Pipelinemanager Aggregation Not Functioning After Patch 9864771 (Doc ID 1340468.1)

Symptoms

The aggregation scenario has a grouping on the supplementary block Last Beat Info.
After the Overlay patch installation, aggregation scenario grouping does not happen on this block.

Before installing the patch, aggregation scenarios and grouping scenarios were working fine without issues.
The issue is shown when we are using "DETAIL.ASS_CBD.CP.LBI.LAST_BEAT_QUANTITY" field in the grouping fields.
The above mentioned field is for per second cost.
