The issue here is to do with PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ACCT_BAL_GRP_AND_SVC opcode and an E2E integration with Siebel.
The flag for this opcode can be set to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 depending on business needs and what one want to retrieve.

For the customer’s needs, they need to use the flag as 5. But when this is used, the opcode does not return the PIN_FLD_NAME field. It does with the other flags.The field PIN_FLD_NAME is required as it is used in Siebel to display the bal group name so they need that field to be returned even with flag set to 5.
