Symptoms

After installing Oracle Agile e6.1.2 receiving error
Permission Manager currently not available
when starting application "plmref".

WebLogic Nodemanager , eSeries_domain_plmref and Database are running.
PLM is also able to connect to the database via application 'plmref'.

eSeries_domain_plmref logfile is showing error message:

Caused By: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceSystemException:
Could not connect to 'oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource'.

The returned message is: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

It is likely that the login or password is not valid.
It is also possible that something else is invalid in
the configuration or that the database is not available.
