Symptoms
After BI completion, icon in Pipe Hierarchy still shown as available while pipe is shown Assigned.
Simple steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create in Live 40GPhysicalUnit pipe(having signal structure)
2. Create in Live 10GWaveLengthUnit pipe
3. Start BI
4. Enable 2. By 1.
5. Complete BI
6. Check Pipe Hierarchy in BI and LIVE [Pipe Hierarchy icons are shown as available while pipe is shown Assigned]
